  • Comments and concerns: On this day my husband and I went to the Snake River and the weather was not that great. I kept waiting for the weather to clear up but it was not cooperating and the sky was full of clouds.   This is a picture taken right at the edge with the canyon and river at the bottom.  When I took the picture the area of the canyon was all in shadow but I think the merge to HDR worked well. Once the program was finished I played with the sliders and adjusted to get the desired effect.  I actually did the process three times and the image came out differently each time.  This was my favorite because I can see more detail in the canyon and the whole thing has depth.
